I am a Private Chef that specializes in preparing delicious healthy foods to support active, busy lifestyles. I offer creative, healthy alternatives to include a variety of cuisines and products and will consult with you on your individual needs and create customized healthy foods for individuals, couples, or family households.
I was born a native of San Antonio, TX and began cooking at an early age. Prior to becoming a Personal chef, I worked in AAA four-diamond golf resorts in Pinehurst North Carolina, Austin, Texas and Hot Springs, West Virginia. In addition, I worked at Devil's Ridge Country Club in Raleigh, NC, Williston, ND and Pearsall, TX. I am a Culinary graduate of the American Culinary Federation in St. Augustine, Florida. Classically trained, I am also a French Chef that is well versed in many types of cuisine to include Thai, Vietnamese, Korean, Mexican, Mediterranean, and American to name but a few.
I started visiting Chattanooga when helping my sister cater to Friends of the Festival, Inc events and eventually moved here because of the possibilities and to be close to family. I love Chattanooga, and I am very happy to serve the local community.
